Workshops

This workshop is an invitation to work alongside one of nature's oldest rhythms: death, decay, and rebirth. Together we'll create a traditional fermented potpourri from dried flowers, herbs, spices, and spirits. We will finalize your potpourri by sealing it within a vessel and allowing time, death, decay, and fermentation to become collaborators in the the process of your creation. In your hand, you will take home a vessel of memory, scent, and living transformation.

What you will make:

- A traditional fermented potpourri using dried botanicals, spices, salt, and brandy
- A unique scent blended by the materials you choose to be enjoyed for the years to come

- 1 jar of traditional fermented potpourri to complete its transformation at home.
- A printed guide detailing the history, care, and fermentation process.
- Notes on ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and ideas for future batches.
